Our consistent thoughts, actions, and feelings shape our "way of being", essentially creating our personality and influencing our personal reality. By changing how we think, act, and feel, we can fundamentally alter our lives and create a new personal reality.

We will embark on the medicine wheel teachings and many other traditions throughout our 12 days together.  Each symbolizing the sacred circle of life and our interconnectedness.   Intentions of balance, harmony, love, understanding and compassion for oneself.
